We read everything. Replies usually take a couple of days.
What we can help with
- Corrections. If a guide on this site says something that is wrong, tell us which page and what it got wrong. This is the most useful mail we get.
- The game not loading or running badly. Include your browser, your operating system and whether hardware acceleration is on. Most cases are covered in the performance guide.
- Guide requests. If there is something about the game you wanted explained and could not find, say so.
What we cannot help with
- The developer's current version. For bug reports or feature requests about the actively developed game, those belong with its creator at slowroads.io.
- Unblocking a school or workplace network. Those are policy decisions made by whoever administers that network, on equipment we have nothing to do with.
- Account or payment issues. There are no accounts and nothing is for sale here.
